The role is client facing and requires a confident individual who is an excellent communicator, self driven, passionate and an enthusiastic team player. Manage the recruitment of contract personnel for external operational projects

Cooperates directly with the People Manager, People & Training Coordinator and Academy Manager
Externally this post:
Liaises with recruitment agencies, external clients, contractors, and other stake holders involved in the recruitment supply chain
Clients
Gaining new external clients and requirements
Carrying out industry research
Building and maintaining strong relationships with external clients to ensure repeat business
Managing all personnel for external company projects
Developing a good understanding of client companies, industry and projects
Maintaining, updating and using the CRM system to select the most appropriate personnel to meet the clients requirements for a specific project
Provide applicant CV’s and certifications to client when necessary
Negotiating pay rates and finalising arrangements with clients
Attend client meetings and business development events
Maintaining communication with the client throughout projects to include end of project feedback
Coordinate with the Client all offshore crew change requirements, administration and travel
Contractors
Identify, source and approach suitable potential candidates / contractors through a variety of methods including recruitment agencies, social media and direct approaches
Maintain and develop working relationships with contractors including end of project feedback
Receiving and reviewing contractor applications, managing interviews and short listing candidates
Negotiating pay rates with contrators
Recruiting through social media platforms, recruitment agencies and online recruitment platforms and managing responses alongside the People & Training Administrator
Requesting references and checking suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
Working alongside the Commercial Manager to assit with the completion of all documentation and correspondence, including insurance prior to the start date of new contractors
Manage requirements through the CRM system
Assisting contractor with training development
Business Manager
Supervise and lead the company's operations and employees.
Perform a range of tasks to ensure company productivity and efficiency including implementing business strategies, evaluating company performances, and supervising employees.
Manage all day-to-day operations to guarantee company efficiency
Personal
Eye for detail, accuracy and analytical working are paramount for this role
Confident driving new sales and building lasting relationships
Ability to prioritise workloads, coordinate and organise manpower resourcing tasks, requirements and administration
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with clients, project teams, subcontractors and suppliers as well as internal staff
Ability to work effectively with all documentation in conjunction with others.
Ability to work on one’s own initiative and as part of a fast moving, dynamic team
Ability to work under pressure, motivate and suggest continuous improvements
Be willing to work and travel in-country and overseas as may be required from time to time
Academic Background & Experience
Sales and recruitment experience, minimum of 5 years
Experience with CRM systems
An awareness of the offshore environment is highly desirable
Strong numerical and Microsoft Office skills.
